One of the highlights of your visit will no doubt be a meal on the wooden deck. The old oak tree stands sentinel over you as you take in your surroundings, the cool water of the pool ripples with the light breeze, looking up and beyond the gardens and lakes, your eyes rest on the magnificent mountains of the Outeniqua Range in the distance.
